Quoting, bookings and the Client Zone explained.
How do I request a quote?
Create a free Client Zone account, sign in and submit an enquiry with your route, cargo and service type. You will receive an
ENQ- reference by email. Our team reviews the details and publishes a formal estimate (EST-) when ready. Are online estimates instant or automatic?
No. Freight pricing depends on carrier space, season, routing and documentation. Your enquiry is reviewed by Dael staff who prepare the quote amount and scope. You then accept or decline the estimate online.
How do I track my shipment?
After you accept a quote you can create a booking (
BKG-) in the Client Zone. Status updates (submitted, confirmed, in transit, completed) are set by our operations team — this is milestone tracking, not live GPS or vessel maps. What services does Dael Global offer?
Airfreight, ocean freight (LCL and FCL), rail freight, road freight, warehousing and training. We coordinate multimodal moves across Southern Africa and international trade lanes.
When can I download documents?
Contracts, quotations, bills of lading and other files appear under Estimates after you accept a quote. Tax invoices for a shipment are registered against your booking — open the booking detail page to view, download, or upload proof of payment when requested.
What information should I include in an enquiry?
Service type, origin and destination, cargo description, weight or volume, Incoterm (if known), and urgency. The more accurate the details, the faster we can prepare your quote.
Do you offer customs clearance?
We coordinate customs documentation and work with clearance partners on import and export moves. Specific clearance scope is confirmed on your formal estimate.
Who can use the Client Zone?
Registered company accounts — corporates, SMEs and regular importers or exporters who want enquiries, quotes and bookings linked to one login.
How do I contact support?
Use the contact form, email support@dael-global.co.za, or WhatsApp from any page. Quote your
ENQ-, EST- or BKG- reference when following up.
