Client Zone guide

Your secure online desk for quotes, bookings and documents — linked to your company account.

What is the Client Zone?

The Client Zone is a password-protected area for registered customers. It replaces scattered emails with a single pipeline: enquiry, formal estimate, acceptance, booking and document download — each step traceable by reference code.

It is not a live cargo-tracking portal with GPS maps. Tracking means milestone status on your booking (submitted, confirmed, in transit, completed), updated by our operations team as your shipment progresses.

How quoting works

Online estimates are not instant or auto-calculated. Freight rates depend on carrier space, season, routing, commodity and documentation — factors a website cannot price reliably without human review.

  1. Register your company and sign in.
  2. Submit an enquiry with route, cargo, weight or volume, Incoterm and urgency — you receive an ENQ- reference.
  3. We review your request and prepare a formal estimate with amount, validity and scope.
  4. You receive an EST- reference by email and in the Client Zone — accept or decline online.
  5. After acceptance, upload-related documents and booking options unlock for that quote.

Bookings and tracking

Once you accept a quote, you can create a booking linked to that estimate. You receive a BKG- reference for support calls and status checks.

Under Bookings you see route, status and your invoice number when registered. Open Details for shipment information, a visual progress bar, and a timeline of updates (including payment verification and confirmation).

Invoices and proof of payment

After you submit a booking, we register your tax invoice. On the booking detail page you can view or download the invoice file when available, and upload proof of payment (bank POP) for our team to verify. Once approved, your booking status and tracker update to confirmed.

Other documents

Contracts, quotations, bills of lading and related files are uploaded by Dael Global Resources staff against your accepted estimate. They appear under Estimates in the Client Zone for download — not on the public website.
